empowering offering to support you where you are, in mind, body, soul. I am a Certified Holistic Coach with a degree in Nutritional Science, 500Hour Yoga Teacher Training, a decade of experience in the realms of p$ychedelics and currently undergoing a masters in Transpersonal Psychology with Alef Trust.

As a Holistic wellness, and transformation coach, my mission is to empower you on a journey of self-discovery and personal growth. Together, we'll delve into the core of who you are, exploring your values, strengths, and aspirations. I am here to help you uncover your passions and purpose, fostering a deep connection with your authentic self.

We work together to set meaningful goals that align with your vision for a fulfilling life. We'll break these goals into actionable steps, and I'll provide you with tools and strategies to keep you focused and motivated along the way. 

I coach with feminine values in tact - the body comes first. The answers that you seek lie within you. So, we harmonise the body through tracking the menstrual cycle, ensuring you are nourishing your body with the right foods and making movement a priority. 

I encourage you to become familiar with your physical preferences and practices, to design a practice that works for you and is manageable long term, and also discovering the secrets of your own body through self intimacy techniques such as touch, self massage and self pleasure. 

Our aim is to create safety within the body by building trust and healthy practices, from there, the sky is the limit.

  • What is Coaching?
    Coaching with me is bespoke for each individual: Goal-Oriented: Coaching is typically focused on helping you set and achieve specific goals and overcome patterns that are holding you back from achieving them. Meditation is a must: I encourage all of my clients to meditate and hold you accountable for building a consistent meditation practice. Future-Focused: Coaching with me is generally future-oriented helping you create plans and strategies for reaching a desired personal outcomes. Functional Individuals: Coaching is well-suited for individuals who are generally mentally healthy but seek guidance, motivation, and accountability to achieve your objectives.
  • How long are sessions?
    Between 60 and 90 minutes depending on the client.
  • How do I know if I need coaching or therapy?
    If you have the resources, then have both. But for me, if you feel somewhat 'healed' from your past experiences and you are ready to focus on the future and creating new patterns and habits then coaching is for you.
